This article will provide an insight to the tournaments and competitions where Fc Barcelona will compete in the 2023/24 Season.

1. La Liga :
La Liga is Spanish football's top division of domestic league competitions.
Number of participants : 20
Number of games for each team : 38, where each team plays the other on a home and away ground basis.
Winner : The team with the highest number of points at the end of the season.
Point System :
Win = 3 points
Draw = 1 point for both teams
Loss = 0 points

1st : Fc Barcelona : 88 points
2nd : Real Madrid : 78 points
3rd : Atletico Madrid : 77 points
4th : Real Sociedad : 71 points
2. Copa Del Rey :
It is a knockout football competition held annually in Spain.
It is organised by the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
Number of participants : 126
Current Champions : Real Madrid : 20th title
Most Successful Club : Fc Barcelona : 31 titles
3. Supercopa de España :
Another domestic annual football knockout competition but with a twist.
It only features teams that experienced success in major tournaments of the previous football season.
It consists of the winners and runners up of the 2022-23 Copa Del Rey and 2022- 23 La Liga.
Number of Participants : 4
Qualified teams :
Real Madrid : CDR winners, La Liga runners-up
Fc Barcelona : La Liga Winners
Osasuna : CDR runners-up
Atlético Madrid : La Liga, third place
Current Champions : Fc Barcelona : 14th title
4. UEFA Champions League :
The UEFA Champions League, commonly known as the UCL is an annual competition organised by Union of European Football Associations and it consists of top-division European Clubs.
It is where the best clubs from several countries across Europe compete with each other to fight for the title of being crowned as 'The European Champions'.
Number of participants : 32
Format :
- 32 teams are divided into a total of 8 groups.
- Each group containing 4 teams.
- Top 2 teams from each group qualify for the Round of 16.
- It is a knockout system from the round of 16 to the Finals where the teams facing each other play a two-legged tie on a home and away basis.
- The winner on the aggregate score qualifies to the next round.
- The Final is a Single-Legged Match.
The teams that finish 3rd in their respective groups do not qualify for the knockout rounds but get an entry to the UEFA Europa League where they can still get a chance to compete for a European Trophy.
The bottom team from each group is eliminated from any European Competition for the remainder of the season.
Qualification :
UEFA is composed of several European Associations.
For example, Fc Barcelona is a part of the Spanish Football Federation.
Several such associations are a part of UEFA.
The number of teams that each association enters into to UEFA Champions League is based on it's UEFA Coefficient.
The Spanish Football Federation is allowed to enter 4 Clubs into the UEFA Champions League.
It is done on the basis of the standings of the previous, La Liga 22/23 season.
Top 4 placed teams in La Liga 22/23 season qualified to enter the UCL 23/24.
